As you know that money plays a central role in our lives. Every time we use money as notes and coins that's are representatives a valuable commodity such as gold, silver, potentially water or oil. Representative money thus stands in direct and fixed relation to the commodity which back it. The gold as money chosen by the market because it is the commodity for which the buy or sell spread increases the least as ever greater quantities are offered for sale. So money is defined as quantity of a commodity. The amount is limited by the cost of producing and the concept as a medium of exchange.
