You also can create your free website or blog with Blogger.com or Wordpress.com. Here I show you to create a Google Account by below step:-
1. Go to 'http://www.blogger.com.'
2. Click 'Create your blog now'
3. Log in your email in email box and confirm it.
4. Put your password than confirm it.
5. Word Verification.
6. Accept the term of service.
7. Click continue.
Than you are ready to create your new blog. Register the name of your blog and choose which template do you like.
